4 plus 1 I Anne Keller

Hey there, Anne here with my layout for sketch #303.

I created the stripes with some watercolor, thinking of our beautiful rainbow cake we had at the birthday party of my daughters. They were born only 1 day (and 3 years) apart from each other, so we can have a big party for both of them.

And then I embellished my rainbow stripes with tons of colorful stickers, die cuts, chipboard, puffy sticker, wood veneer and some enamel dots as confetti.

Instead of one photo I created a little accordion fold minibook. So there is space for 6 photos now.

I love the way it turned out. For more of my work you can visit me at my blog or on instagram.

Here is the sketch for you again.

I hope, you're inspired to scrap your own layout with the sketch and post it on the blog. Please also tag us on Instagram @creativescrappers with #creatingwithsketches, so we can see all your beautiful creations. This month you can win the fabulous eBook "Creating with Sketches V.4" from Kristine Davidson. It's full of awesome sketches and inspiration.

Have fun playing along!

Hello scrappy friends
Joefil here today sharing my take on sketch 303. Since we're in the month of February I decided to make a Valentines day page using my daughter's photo.

-Here is the fabulous sketch-

I used some of the crate paper valentines collection "hello love" I think these are from last year, the flowers stickers are beautiful
the jar with the heart on top and some of the pink and black hearts are also in the same collection. And I machine stitched all the strip of pattern papers with gold thread.
I also added hearts puffy stickers  with different pattern on it that I got from wallmart. The strip of words that I cut out from the paper as my journaling is from hobby lobby that I purchase recently and added a cluster of flower and black sticker heart and puffy sticker heart.
The xoxo and the word my darling is from the "hello love" sticker sheets. And  also added red sewing thread that I tucked in underneath my flower clusters. lastly added some gold enamel dots and pink sequins.

I hope my page will inspire you and come play along with us! Don't forget to share your pages on Instagram, & Facebook using #creatingwithsketches . and also I'd love you to follow me as well on my Instagram and Blog.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day, xoxo Joefil

February Sketch #303 ... Beautiful by Vivian Lake

Hello!! Vivian Lake here today with my version of sketch #303.

I was inspired by the journaling and the two pictures needed for this layout. I have been working on my vacation photos and have many photos without us in them that tell our story as well. This was a great sketch to work with for a couple of those photos.

This is an all white background. I love negative space so I tweaked the sketch to include it. For more details and photos please visit me at my blog

Sketch 303 - Ashley Smith

Hi Everyone, Ashley here.  Today I'm sharing my layout for sketch 303.

I wanted to add some texture to this layout, so I cut the paper in 1/2 inch strips and folded the edges up to add some dimension to the page.

Little Moments of Our Love by Nicole Doiron - Sketch 303

Hi!  This is Nicole on this very special day to share with you
my take on  Creative Scrappers Sketch 303!

Here is a reminder of this month's fabulous sketch!

Since I knew my DT reveal was falling on Valentine's Day,
I knew that I had to make my layout as 'Valentin-y' as possible so I added
lots of hearts, some pinks and reds and a picture of my boyfriend
and I getting cozy during a special romantic night out.

The papers are from an older collection from My Mind's Eye
which I was lucky to have won at the time.  To this day, it is one of my all time
favorite Valentine collections - Lost and Found, Record It.

I did some misting on the background and on my embellishments
and added a bit of handmade border stitching...
with of course a couple hearts peaking through.

Every little moment that we spent together make
for splendid memories to document and scrap.
I am one blessed lady to love and be loved by such a wonderful man!

Now let's see YOUR take on this sketch!
I hope that you will all take the time to play along.
